	Fr Philip Handforth (Rector) I am a priest of the Diocese of Auckland.  Ordained in 1989 I have ministered in the parishes of Howick, Takapuna, Ellerslie and East Coast Bays.  I joined the staff of Holy Cross Seminary in 1999.  I was appointed the Spiritual Director of the Seminary in 2001 and Rector in September 2004.
	Fr Steve Lowe (Formation Director) I was ordained a priest in 1996 for the Diocese of Christchurch. I served as the assistant priest in Mairehau, Ashburton and Greymouth parishes before being appointed parish priest of Timaru North. After completing a Licence in Spiritual Theology I was appointed to Holy Cross Seminary in 2008.
	Sr Leona Garchow (Pastoral Director) I am a Sister of Mercy with a background in teaching.  For many years my ministry was in Tertiary Chaplaincy at Otago.  I have a Masters Degree in Pastoral Counselling and I am also trained as a Spiritual Director.  I came to Auckland in 2008 and joined the staff at Holy Cross Seminary.
	Fr Ruben Elago MSP (Spiritual Director) I am a priest of the Mission Society of the Philippines working for the Diocese of Auckland since 1999, Ellerslie being my first assignment and currently in Balmoral both as parish priest and chaplain for the Filipinos.  I was appointed to the staff of Holy Cross Seminary in 2010 as Spiritual Director.  I was ordained in 1974 and was missioned out to Indonesia as my first mission posting.  I have had many years of Seminary Formation Leadership experience as well as training and studies in the Philippines and overseas to back my work up as a Formator.
